Leaving soon.

So I’ve finally created my new blog (had to delete my former one because the posts were just so heartbreaking!) and I now have to say buhbye to tumblr.

If you have a wordpress account, please follow me still. Visit my site and read on my posts!

I’ve had so much fun with tumblr but I need to have a real blog- where I can really write and post and all that stuff.

Until then, my friends!

One Day.

I blame my good friend Paula for my obsession on this book.

What are you going to do with your life?

In one way or another it seemed that people had been asking her this forever; teachers, her parents, friends, at three in the morning, but the question had never seemed this pressing and still she was no nearer an answer. The future rose up ahead of her, a succession of empty days, each more daunting and unknowable than the one before her. How would she ever fill them all?

She began walking again, south towards The Mound. ‘Live each day as if it’s your last‘, that was the conventional advice, but really, who had the energy for that? What if ir rainerd or you feel a bit glandy? It just wasn’t practical. Better by far to simply try and be good and courageous and bold and to make a difference. Not change the world exactly, but the bit around you. Go out there with your passion and your electric typewriter and work hard at… something.

Change live through art maybe.

Cherish your friends, stay true to your principles, live passionately and fully and well.

Experience new things.

Love and be loved, if you ever get the chance.

Oh Hello, July!

Well, waddaya know? It’s half of the month already! I seriously wanna push the panic button and scream at what’s happening in my life but I know that God’s working so let me just remind myself of the things that I ought to do this year, okay?

Presenting to you my 2011 Faith Goals.

  1. Enroll in a writing course (I promised you this, N!) this July; write more.
  2. Go back to dance/pilates class. My muscles are telling me that they are in need of stretching.
  3. Go out of the country not as part of my job but as part of my R&R with mom.
  4. Learn how to PRIORITIZE. I am always running out of time,it sucks. :l
  5. Submit more to the fiancée. Talk less, listen more.
  6. Finish my pending trainings.
  7. Seek more of God. Listen, trust and obey.
  8. Do my early Christmas shopping. SERIOUSLY.
  9. Spend more time with friends.
  10. Save, save save! Do not be impulsive in buying (somebody stop me pleaaaaaaase!).

Note to self: you still have time, G. Really.

Because I’m so Clumsy.

I know, I know. It may seem pathetic of me to be sad over the loss of my C3 phone considering it’s cheap and not competitive enough in the techie world. I don’t care. It’s a really good phone, not to mention it’s pink. It has served me well for the past months that we’ve been together, plus Hans and I bought it together, so there :(

Goodbye, my love. Our memories will always be in my heart for the rest of my life.

I miss my papa Hans each and every day :c

‘Cause First Love Doesn’t Really Die, Does It?

Seriously, I was smiling the entire time (except for the times that I was crying)! Yep, it’s that intense! I never really expected that I’d love this movie too much but I did. First Love (A Crazy Little Thing Called Love) is just so good a movie it will make you smile and laugh and cry and it will bring you back to the memories of your first love.

Watch it, please, and re-live your happy (and painful) high school days.

*SIGH*
